This fully remodeled comfort 2 bed, 2 bath unit is located on the ground floor of Building C on the west end of the Resort. This condo is updated with the new furniture and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. As a ground floor condo, you can walk right out onto our acres of lawn and take a short stroll to the beach. You will enjoy beautiful views of Bear Lake and the mountains from your windows!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for large families or a group of friends looking to enjoy Bear Lake's year-round activities. It sleeps up to 8 people and has two queen size beds, one in each of the two bedrooms, plus a sofa sleeper in one bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit does not have air conditioning.

Cancellation made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of reservation is refundable.
Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival, reservation is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
100% of the reservation is required at the time of booking. If the booking is not paid in full, the reservation will be canceled.
